the process of managing and distributing vital tour information .
Roadvisor is free for
bands - we make our money on hotel commissions in the same way other online travel sites do. The
difference is that we provide our users with value added Tour
Management Tools.
Venue Information
Roadvisor allows users to select venues
from the Pollstar venue data base and automatically display's the address, phone and fax numbers to
the group's password protected itinerary and the
users workbook.
Hotel Information
Roadvisor displays hotel information that lets the user decide where to stay based on price
and proximity to the venue. Once the user chooses a hotel, the address, phone and fax numbers are
added to the itinerary and workbook. Daily hotel costs will be displayed on the financial page.
Tour Information
RoadVisor allows users to create and manage group profiles,
tour profiles, user profiles, daily event records to manage show schedules, travel details,
promotional activities, guest lists, tour budgets, hotel rooming lists, and much
more.
